For those families who choose to remain with our program year after year, we have
adopted a Camper Rewards Program. Every consecutive year that your child attends The Marcus Lewis
Day Camp, we will deduct an additional five percent from the tuition, up to 15%. For example, if
your child returns to our program in 2006 after having attended in 2005, we will deduct 5% off,
10% in 2007 and 15% in 2008. This discount is in addition to sibling/multi-week,
on-line registration and corporate discounts! Returning Camper FAQ Q. Can this discount be transferred to friends or siblings? A. Unfortunately it is only for the individual camper who is returning from the previous year(s). Q. What if my son has attended for two years, skips a year, and then returns the following year? A. For each year that your child misses, we would deduct one level. In this example, your child earned a 10% deduction for his two summers of attendance. Instead, of being able to use this discount in his third summer, he skips it and will now receive a 5% discount in his fourth summer. Q. After sending my daughter to your camp for three consecutive years, we earned 15% off for the fourth summer but she was not able to attend. I feel that she should still receive the 15% discount if we come back in the future. Is there anything we can do? A. Please bear in mind that the premise behind this program is to reward families in a fashion that is commensurate for varying levels of consistency. By the same token, we also do (just about) anything we can to accommodate our clients. Therefore,for every three or more consecutive summers your child comes to our camp, we will allot one summer off without any reduction in your discount. The only other exception is in the event of a serious medical issue. If your child misses a summer due to a medical condition, then with the submission of a doctors note, we will carry over the previous year's discount level. If your child misses another summer, then we would deduct another 5% from the total. As this is a proposal which is much more than fair, please do not ask us to make any other exceptions to the rules!
