The staff of the MLDC is truly the heart of this camp. They are the ones who
are fully responsible for a camper's enjoyment of the program and they are also entrusted with
the safety and well being of those same individuals. Having a primary staff that is minimally
18 years of age creates a work culture that is mature, responsible
and focused.
Members of our team are carefully chosen for their
enthusiasm, leadership skills, and their dedication to the personal
development of each child under their care. We also look
to employ personnel who are currently working with or intend to
have a career with children.
When choosing a camp, near the top
of most parent's list of requests would be to meet those involved with
the program who are responsible for the well-being of their child.
Besides our executive staff, we have photos of some our counselors and activity specialists who
will at camp each and every day. Below that, we also have a sampling of some of the outside resources
that we use to keep our curriculum like nothing else out there.
